This was an exceptional situation beyond our control: the previous guest’s flight had been cancelled and we were required to accommodate them temporarily. The second bedroom was therefore not rented twice, contrary to what this review suggests. Alternative accommodation was arranged for one night. Describing it as “unsafe” and claiming to have been “in danger” is a serious and disproportionate exaggeration. The Seychelles are a peaceful and safe destination, and nothing occurred that would justify such a statement. Our property has welcomed many guests over the years, with positive reviews here and on other platforms. We regret that an exceptional situation has been presented in such a misleading way.
