Nice rental, room for improvement for a better welcome in terms of equipment

Positive: The location in the heart of nature is very beautiful, and the chalets are nice for a vacation rental, especially for a couple with children. Negative: The equipment is not up to par: 2 bedrooms advertised for 4 sleeping places are actually suitable for a couple with children, not for 2 couples of adults. Lighting and heating that did not work, a chimney that was not cleaned and thus unusable, no vacuum cleaner: the owners need to improve these details for future rentals.
