Positive: The location is in the suburbs of Emden, quiet area, good for walking and cycling trips. Negative: It would be good to buy a kettle for making tea. Eliminate the ants in the kitchen. Secure the stairs to the bedroom permanently or stably. Provide more light in the bathroom.
