Beautiful Villa

I have been spending holidays in Javea for 30 years, and I have never stayed in such a beautiful and well-kept house. The location, the rooms, the garden - I can only give the highest marks for everything.

Beautiful villa very well apportioned in a lovely quiet area. Gerd the owner was extremely helpful prior and during our stay. The villa is exactly as listed, we were a group of 10 and we all managed to find space either by the pool or on the lovely naya. The kitchen has everything we needed including a juicer and coffee machine There are restaurants with in 15 minutes walking but do be aware that the hills are steep and maybe difficult for some. A car is necessary and the old town of Xabia had some lovely local bars restaurants and bakeries and it was much quieter than Arenal Beach. There is a multi storey car park in the centre for 3 euros per day! We would definitely book this villa again - Thank you to Gerd and Hieke

A beautiful fully equipped home where you can truly relax with your friends or family. All the amenities needed if you want a non-hotel break. Great kitchen and BBQ facility to cook at home but lovely restaurants nearby too. You will need a car but close to town, supermarkets, beach etc. If your like showers there is only 1 stand-up shower though. Other 2 bathrooms are bath only with handheld shower. We had a fantastic week.
