Positive: A beautiful, clean house with great facilities and a lot of privacy. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and has all the comforts. The area is quiet, a great base for beautiful hikes or trips in the Morvan, such as Autun and other charming villages/towns nearby. Negative: The sofa and chairs are okay but not very comfortable. The view of the lake is only from a specific spot. However, it did not bother us, and the lake itself is great :)

The house matches the photos, very clean and comfortable. Very nice welcome from Mr. Rozier, friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, secluded near a pond, this is the place without hesitation. Cold drinks were offered upon our arrival. We are not far from five stars; to achieve that, there should be more lights on the terrace, garden barbecue side, and the shower diverter in the master suite needs to be replaced. Best wishes, see you soon in Burgundy.
