Pleasant apartment in a quiet place on the outskirts of Paris

Positive: It is a pleasant apartment for 6 with a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub (+ shower). Quiet, very good at darkening and can be kept nicely cool. It is in a quiet area. There is a good bus connection to the RER station Vert Galant. Negative: It would be nicer if a host were present upon arrival to hand over some things, like the key, and explain them. To access the gated area, the host asked to ring the bell every time, and then the gate was opened from a distance. That worked well for us, but for a family or group doing many different things, it does seem inconvenient. There was no option to use a private parking space. (But there was plenty of street parking.) The towels were quite small.
