Really nice spot. The villa is 3 minutes walking distance from the beach. Alexandre, the owner, is really friendly and available. He helped us with activities. Biking, tennis, golf, trekking on the cliffs, stand up paddle, and kayaking at Ria do Alvor. He left us a lot of equipment free of charge. The villa is really comfortable. We were 9 people. The 3 patios are very enjoyable. Nice barbecue with a good view of the ocean. Everything works well. Beautiful surroundings, like an old typical Algarve village. Nice restaurant within walking distance to the beach. Supermarket 3 minutes walking. We did not use the car; everything is within walking distance or by bike.

Alexandre, the owner, was very available before arrival and especially during the stay to help us with the many activities. Incredible villa. There were 10 of us, two couples with our children and friends. 3 patios, A really nice barbecue area upstairs. Everything works, no problems. Super decoration. Everyone was able to do their activities with autonomy, both adults and children. Tennis, golf, stand up paddle, kayak at Ria do Alvor (in Alexandre's club). And especially the bikes. I highly recommend it and we hope to return.

Wonderful house, great welcome. We came for the MotoGP and were able to get to the circuit very quickly, so ideally located with the beach just 1 minute away on foot.
