Positive: The location, close to the old town, the beach, and grocery stores. The balcony with a nice view. Negative: There was only cold water in the shower, the refrigerator hardly worked, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

This sea view apartment is very well located

This sea view apartment is very well located if you want to enjoy the unobstructed view of the sea and a very peaceful setting and don't mind a 10-minute walk to the Palais or the historical city center. I stayed in the apartment by myself during Mipim and I always prefer places with a quiet setting. The interior dates back a couple of decades, including the appliances, but I did not use anything as I was out most of the time and the view just made it worth it for me. The accessibility of the beach is also very good.
