Beautiful location, lovely house, nice garden with a wonderful swimming pool. Everything is clean and well maintained. A perfect base for trips to the surrounding cities and Lake Trasimeno. Unfortunately, the dishwasher didn't work, but long live the Italian dryer!

Positive: The accommodation is exceptionally beautiful and cozy. We also enjoyed the pool a lot. It is so quiet and lovely, right in nature. I find the pictures don't do the place justice the first time, they are not nearly as beautiful as in real life. Negative: The lady of the house did not contact us and didn't answer the phone, which made us a bit worried, but she was there and everything was prepared. She is very nice but doesn't speak any foreign languages. However, there is usually someone around. They have a restaurant, and she cooks during the day. Everything went perfectly. If we are in the area again, we will surely return.
