We had a pleasant stay in Nianing. The house is very pleasant, well equipped. 3 large comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms. A magnificent garden with a very nice pool for a lovely holiday. The house is located in a gated community at the exit of Nianing. The only small downside is that the nearby beach is not very clean, but the good location of the house allows for easy exploration of the surrounding area. Very good exchanges with the owner who answers our questions.

Spacious and well-equipped villa - Beautiful pool and large garden - Good wifi internet connection BUT NO WATER IN THE MORNING DURING THE ENTIRE STAY - Neither the owner nor his staff, who were all aware of the problem, informed me of this issue that could have been resolved with the installation of a water reserve and a booster pump before renting out.. Meager negotiated compensation: electricity bill waived (approximately 60 euros for a rental amount of over 1300 euros for 11 nights).. Moreover, the cleaning was very approximate upon our arrival, and we therefore chose to forgo the cleaning lady offered.

The house is located in a gated community at the exit of Nianing. The only small downside is that the nearby beach is not very clean, but the good location of the house allows for easy exploration and walking in the surrounding area. Very good exchanges with the owner who responds to our questions.
