I stayed in this villa with twelve friends for a week this summer. The experience was perfect, the villa has everything needed for a group of young people: foosball, pool table, football and tennis courts, not to mention the very large swimming pool. The owner lives nearby, but you won’t even notice his presence. He is helpful and very welcoming, it’s also nice to chat with him since he is almost our age. Absolutely recommended!

Positive: Beautiful, atmospheric house with fantastic views. Lots of space, clean, quiet. Large, well-maintained pool. Very good contact with the owner, who lives next door but is practically unnoticeable. Very convenient location - close to the highway, to Rome, to the sea... Access via narrow mountain roads, but without issues. House ideal for both good and bad weather, you can't get bored there. I highly recommend it. Negative: Minor inconveniences, but bearable, just as a tip for the owner: - lack of any blanket - lack of washing machine - could use more loungers or mattresses on the terrace - kitchen could be a bit better equipped (cups, pots, kitchen utensils)
