Wonderful holiday base

This is a beautiful house, extremely well appointed, and a great base for exploring the area around Tours and Amboise. Whilst it can take up to 10 we found it perfect for a party of 6. The pool is excellent, the kitchen and domestic equipment has all that could be needed and there are many rooms to allow both convivial enjoyment and restful solitary relaxation. There are front and rear terraces also to enjoy when the weather allows.

A very good weekend with friends to celebrate turning thirty. The house is beautiful and the facilities are amazing: outdoor pool, 2 terraces (one at the front and one at the back), barbecue, a pool room, plenty of space, several bedrooms, several bathrooms. We enjoyed the time spent in the place. Maria, who welcomed us, was lovely. The little touches, a basket of treats and a bottle upon our arrival were greatly appreciated to make the experience even more unique. A simple recommendation: provide more cleaning supplies for guests: several sponges, mops, garbage bags, etc. Or specify to bring them. It gets dirty quickly with ten people in the place, especially when it rains.

Very beautiful house on 3 levels plus a basement for 10 people, very well equipped (microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, washing machine and dryer, crib and high chair...) The rooms are large with beautiful wardrobes, good bedding, and towels and sheets are provided. 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom with whirlpool and not a jacuzzi. It is very clean and spacious. The swimming pool is superb with an ideal temperature for swimming with inflatable toys. Sun loungers, a small lounge, and umbrellas allow you to relax on the terrace. You can eat outside under the trees and have a barbecue. Living room with billiards and music, drums, and exercise bike, 2nd terrace overlooking a small pond with fish. There is a library, equipment to watch movies and listen to music. A small welcome basket was offered to us. Maria and Sophie welcomed us very kindly. The house is located at the exit of the village of Bourré facing the river and the railway line, but few trains pass by. There is a lot to do and see in the area. In short, a very pleasant house and a very good address to remember. Go there without hesitation!! Thank you to the owners whom we did not meet but with whom the contact was very friendly.
