The apartment matches the description with a large terrace. The owner is on site, responsive while being discreet. The only small downside: we discovered that we had to pay a token of 3 euros to use the washing machine. This is not mentioned in the ad. A bit petty as a practice. But otherwise an excellent stay.

Positive: Well located just steps from the center of Châtel and the gondolas to Super-Châtel. Nice sunny terrace until the evening. Negative: Rental booking via the agency Homerez, avoid if possible. The agency adds no value, provides little or no information, and is also somewhat rude in email exchanges. They simply take their commission, and after that it's up to the owners (who are lovely, by the way!) and the tenants to manage on their own.
