Wonderful house

We loved the house, very cozy, with everything needed, right in the center and with a fantastic terrace offering spectacular views. The village has two bars and a shop and a river very close by where one can swim. And the owners were very attentive.

Positive: The view from the terrace is very beautiful. Lovely walks in the area. Friendly and helpful hostess. Can be used as a base to explore both the Rioja region and the unspoiled nature area to the south. Negative: The church bell rings every half hour, day and night, which makes sleeping difficult if you are not used to it. The cottage is very difficult to reach by car. A bit tricky for loading and unloading luggage. The cottage is fine, but basic comfort and amenities. The village is very authentic, but there’s not much to experience: 1 restaurant and 1 small shop.
