The apartment is just like in the photos. Antonella is really nice and met us calmly for our special check-in needs. The house is very clean and is located very close to the sea in Latina and 20 minutes from Sabaudia. The additional two beds are in a sofa bed, which makes the stay for 4 people comfortable generally for short periods. I would definitely come back.

Positive: Antonella and her husband are very friendly and are happy to help wherever they can or if something is needed. The pictures correspond to the furnishings even though the doors look a bit older. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning is available, but we did not test it. Nice rural area that can only be reached by car. You are woken by the rooster from the surroundings - very charming. Parking in the yard. Beach reachable by car in 3 minutes. Parking fee 4 euros per day. Negative: Leather sofa very worn - not better even with a fabric cover.
