Loic is not the host. Stella is the host, and she has her own listing on AirBnb: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/20047457?source_impression_id=p3_1686325469_mgWwspsyLEfJDa0O The place is advertised as a whole house rental, but the reality is there are two separate apartments with a owner's residence (Stella's) in between. Stella's advertisement (which she showed me later) is clear about this, but Loic's requires parsing some fine print. They are NOT being dishonest, just not as clear as I think they should be. Loic quickly put me in contact with Stella through an outside messaging app, but without clearly explaining the relationship. When I later asked Loic for help via AirBnB, I got no response. Stella is great. She was friendly and helpful, including arranging for a last minute rental car after the agency closed for a Federal holiday weekend. She is from the community and really cares about her guests. Track down her site and book directly; you'll probably save some money too.
