Good location near the sea, both pebble and sandy beach, in a quiet area. Small house on the ground floor, spacious, with a large garden that is not fenced off from other accommodations. Functional external porch with a large table for outdoor meals. The garden has a shower and sink. Friendly couple on-site that manages check-in.

Hello everyone We were there for 12 nights in Lacona with 8 people. Of these, 4 were children aged 2 to 7 years. About the house/garden: There are enough parking spaces available in the garden. Inside the house, there was enough space and the garden was very large. Everything was clean. In the garden, there are many taut laundry lines for hanging up swimwear. This was very practical. We often enjoyed using the available sun loungers in the evening as well. The beaches of Margidore (5’) and Lacona (10’) are very easily reachable on foot, as well as various bars, restaurants, a market (Thursday and Sunday), a small supermarket, and gelato stands... The hosts were always on site, friendly and quick to help with any questions. Unfortunately, the extractor fan didn't work properly, and the gas stove had only relatively small flames. The kids enjoyed the fenced garden to run around and play. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and very straightforward. We were notified via phone that we could actually check into the freshly cleaned apartment a bit earlier. That was great! Overall a successful holiday and a good accommodation. Thank you very much.
