Positive: Very beautiful little house, set back from the roads, very quiet, 2 free parking spaces. Following a battery issue with the gate remote, the owner had it fixed in under 10 minutes, thanks to him. Negative: A little more cleaning would have been appreciated, especially in the kitchen (mini oven not used because it was too dirty, we had to wipe the fridge before using it.)

Very nice house close to the beautiful beach of Ste Clair within walking distance. The owner received us very kindly. However, the intermediary agency was a bit unpleasant. Due to a misunderstanding in communication about us coming with our 2 dogs, an extra fee was demanded in a very curt manner. A bit more friendliness in the conversation would have been welcome. But otherwise, the house is great, practical, and well located.
